Studying literature, poetry, drama, language or linguistics?

Calling all students studying literature, poetry, drama, language, linguistics and related subjects!

Our first Saturday workshop of this term is on Getting the best from Literature Online (LION) and MLA International Bibliography, on Saturday 8th Feb. 11.30am - 1pm in the Library seminar room.

Come along and learn to use these two major resources for your subject area in this workshop that will include some hands-on practice.

LION contains more than 350,000 works of English and American poetry, drama and prose, as well as criticism and reference resources. LION has recently been given a new look so this session will also be relevant for students who have used the database before and want to familiarise themselves with the new interface. The MLA International Bibliography is an index to books, book chapters and journal articles on literature, language and linguistics.
