You said… we respond to your feedback



“The eLibrary system does not have every journal referred to by lecturers, it would be good to expand access.”
“more journals to save travelling which is very tiring back and forth when you hold a full time job”
“Not all journals I need are part of Birkbeck’s range and I often have to seek other outside sources for journals.”

Decisions about which journals to subscribe to are made in consultation with the academics in each department, and we take as many of the titles they require as is possible within the budget. For all taught courses, lecturers can request digitised copies of articles from journals that we don’t subscribe to and make these available to you via Moodle. You can also order articles through our Inter-Library Loan service: http://www.bbk.ac.uk/lib/about/how/ill .
