Easter and beyond

As previously mentioned we are open throughout the Easter vacation. We will be open as normal except for the Easter weekend when we wil be open as follows:
  • Thursday 17th April 10.00 - 20.00
  • Friday 18th April 10.00 - 20.00 Self-service
  • Saturday 19th April 10.00 - 20.00 Self-service
  • Sunday 20th April 10.00 - 20.00 Self-service
  • Monday 21st  April 10.00 - 20.00 Self-service
  • Tuesday 22nd April 10.00 - 20.00
We won't be charging fines for the the six days mentioned above and items aren't due back then, but if you are going away for a holiday please remember to renew (or return) any books you have on loan. We will still be sending out reminders and information about requested items.

Day passes will not be issued - so please do not forget your ID card. You won't get in without it.

If you were planning to use any neighbouring libraries, or libraries at universities elsewhere, please remember to check their web sites before making a visit - they may be closed or have reduced opening hours. In particular UCL libraries and Senate House libraries are closed at Easter.

You should also check on any restrictions on access or applications for membership as we all approach the exam season. SOAS and LSE will have restrictions in place over the next couple of months. Where we know about these we will mention them on our web site.

We are pleased to say that room 109 will be available from within the library from 7th April - 22nd June giving access to nearly 100 PCs. There are a couple of days when it is booked for exams but these will be clearly advertised.

As usual, if you have any questions about using the library or our services please contact us, either in person, by email, or via our web site.
