Summer Opening Hours

Summer is coming ...
and the Library opening hours are changing:

Until the 4th July we will be open 10.00 - 18.00 at weekends and 8.30 - 23.45 on weekdays (self-service before 10.00 and after 20.00).

On 5th July we will be open for self-service only 10.00 - 20.00.

From 6th July we will be open on weekdays 10.00 - 20.00 and on weekends 10.00 - 18.00 (self-service only).

Finding Newspaper articles online

You'll find resources covering historic and present day newspapers, as well as a cartoon archive and a database of video news from ITN and Reuters.
